How bold of your Sales employee Oku Dweba to instruct me that the courier will collect my return instead of asking me when it will suit me. Your customer skills are shocking, to say the least! And this after a product I received it faulty and most of the product ends up everywhere except for my face. The only thing you've done successfully is to add insult to injury.
