Afrishop poor service!

A few years ago I bought a Taroma Liectrox C30B robot vacuum cleaner. I was happy with it, even though the App is useless. It started giving problems with the wifi, Afrishop repared it because it was still under warranty. It came back repaired. Last year it started running for about a minute before cutting out. With some difficulty I got a reaction from Afrishop and finally sent it in to be repaired on 6 October 2024. Then nothing. Query after query I was told they were waiting for parts. More queries re status, nothing. Then a more firm requesf for feedback. Today, 14 January 2025, it was returned but I doubt the box was even opened, it had my old waybill on, and on trying the robot it still cuts out after about 60 seconds.

AFRISHOP used to give excellent service, but I am afraid it has gone the way of most South African suppliers and should be avoided. Very poor show!
