False 2nd dose of Covid Vaccine captured

I went to take my second Covid vaccine at the Sanlam Building in Cape Town, and WellnessOdyssey informed me that I can not take the vacine because I am on antibiotics. I accepted this. The nurse and the admin person, Jaco Kriel, captured my details on the system to say that I had the vaccine and I also retrieved an sms to say that I received the 2nd dose. This is false. No one can help me, and i need to have my second dose and I need this to be rectified. This is a health concern for me. Please help.
