Hi, yesterday I bought pork chops, bulk pack, from Makro Riversands. This was the 22 September 2023. Today I wanted to marinade the meat, and to my surprise , the meat is black and rotten in smell, and disgusting . I do want to report this to the health council as this is disgusting , and if cooked my family and I would have gotten seriously ill. I am disgusted , I still have the meat and took pictures. I need senior management to contact me.
My ISP os Home-Connect , and I have also logged a complain with home-connect . Home-connect mentions that Vumatel is not getting back to them To sort out my escalation, . My problem has been logged from Monday and till today Vumatel does not respond to sort out my line or issue. Where is the customer service service and customer centric approach , Vumatel just don’t care about asssisting customer Please help someone
Good day Ticket number - ISP-1012509 I have spoken to over 10 individuals in Homeconnect, I have been told that this matter has been escalated to Vumatel to resolve, I have lost buisness for almost a week, no one as contacted me proactively to sort this problem out. It’s seems that’s there is no resolution and the customer experience is poor, I need this to sorted out this morning, and I need compensation for this week due to the poor service received ,
I went to take my second Covid vaccine at the Sanlam Building in Cape Town, and WellnessOdyssey informed me that I can not take the vaccine because I am on antibiotics. I accepted this. The nurse and the admin person, Jaco Kriel, captured my details on the system to say that I had the vaccine and I also retrieved an sms to say that I received the 2nd dose. This is false. No one can help me, and i need to have my second dose and I need this to be rectified. This is a health concern for me. Please help. please call me on 0722073892, I have all the proof.

I have ordered some items on the 17 May which was delivered. Order number 236770, I ordered 3 items, and only 1 item was delivered. I sent OneDayOnly an email to inquire and to date no response, these 2 items is for an a amount of 1500.00, and this is not good. Please can this be sorted ?
I live in the North and not having water for a few days, visited family in the east of Johannesburg , lakeside , and thinking that all food will be cooked with fresh water and will be healthy I decided to buy a cooked chicken from pick and pay in lakes field. When I brought it home , to my disgust The was flies and maggets in the chicken. I called the store and spoke to Jimmy, he said he will make a plan to fetch the chicken and he will take it up with the vendor. This is a serious hygiene issue and I have 2 little girls who could have opened the chicken and ate it. I then phoned the customer care line , and spoke to Zama who said she has escalated it to Head office and they will sort it out ASAP, To date no call, I am really disgusted and afraid of this hygiene issue,
