I spoke to a lady called Chandre
I spoke to a lady called Chandre. She was patient and of great help. She even called me back when i ran out of airtime. She was patient enough to guide me through my problem and by the end of the call i was happy and my problem solved.

The agent director by the name of Thuto Mokgatlha has helped me and I would like to thank him. Thuto was genuine and understanding to the questions tjat I asked him regarding my policy. He took me through point to point so that I can understand my current and new policy packages tjat I am applying for. He was patient on the wattsapp text and through the phone call. Worse Property Administrators
They act like mafias, they won’t even let you have access to your own caretaker as an owner if you don’t live in the property. Charge excessive amounts on “levies”.
