The agent director by the name of Thuto Mokgatlha has helped me and I would like to thank him. Thuto was genuine and understanding to the questions tjat I asked him regarding my policy. He took me through point to point so that I can understand my current and new policy packages tjat I am applying for. He was patient on the wattsapp text and through the phone call. Thank you MiWay for hiring and training such patient agents.

I received the out of this assistance from both the gentlemen who were helping me out
I received the out of this assistance from both the gentlemen who were helping me out. The one from rhe call center and rhe one from the breakdown. I have never felt so save like them and they made me forget about my car stress.

He was polite, patient, respectful and understanding. He waited patiently for me to get the street name and the land markings( important buildings around me).
