I am not surprised by the large number of dissatisfied customers and how this company stays in business is a miracle.
After a long battle to have my card renewed - a simple operation that Agility should take care of automatically - I finally received my card after two odd months of back and forth emails but had to wait another month for the funds from the old card to be transferred to the new one... once again something Agility should take care of.
Since then none of my salary deductions to Agility have been transferred to my card!
I had no other option but to cancel my card which they say will take up to 30 days... if not longer.
