Agility Gap Cover
I have been struggling with Finside and Agility Gap cover regarding a dispute about waiting periods on medical procedures. After Finside informed me that my claim was repudiated my lawyer wrote them a letter on the matter. The letter was ignored, no reply. I want to launch my complain with the ombuds for short term insurance but on my contract with Agility gap cover there is no contact details for the ombudsman. I have sent letters to the ombuds to the following email addresses that I got from the internet : complaints@irdai.gov.in as well as info@osti.co.za but with no reply. Please can somebody assist me because it seems that Finside and Agility gap cover thinks if they keep quiet the problem will go away. Poor service !
