Horrible Service

I'm honestly fuming. They arrived late to collect my goods, then my goods got damaged (1 leg of my bed arrived to PE, my new fridge has scratches and dents all over, my whole wooden TV stand is broken and both my bed side cupboards arrived without handles. Richard keeps telling me he will call my pack for the past 3weeks. I called, emailed, I've WhatsApp on a daily based regarding my damaged goods but I can't get through to the landlines and my calls are being ignored.
