Marvelous Good Service
Ahoo star logistics did a good job all my goods were well in order nothing was broken or missing. The offloading team did a marvelous job including the admin staff did communicate with me updating me on my move well done Ahoo star logistics

Horrific
The worst experience ever. We've been waiting for them since 11am and it's now almost 11pm and they keep lying over the phone about their whereabouts.

Ahoo Star Logistics hasn't got a ckue
Never never ever use this outfit to move anything. They have no clue what they are doing. Our take is long and sad, but basically the ruined our house hold belongs and they don't care. The staff they use are not movers and Richard and his sidekick are hustlers. I'd love to Kay a criminal case of theft for everything that went missing and damaged. I've never meet such a useless bunch of individuals.

I would like to say thanks again to the ahoo star logistics team led by Patrick for assisting me move from Tzaneen to Upington. Did everything in one go and everthing arrived safely. I would really recommend them for anyone looking for a stress free removal company.

I would like to say thanks again to the ahoo star logistics team led by Patrick for assisting me move from Tzaneen to Upington. Did everything in one go and everthing arrived safely. I would really recommend them for anyone looking for a stress free removal company.

Almost four days late, belongings arrived broken.
Sales Manager Matthew was amazing on the phone and really sold the business to me. Other than that, it was a REGRETTABLE EXPERIENCE - truly. 'Understandable delay' followed 'understandable delay', and our moving truck finally arrived THREE AND A HALF DAYS LATE, by which point we were already looking for other moving companies and were prepared to lose our deposit as we were late to start a new job at our destination. Especially frustrating was that only one-in-ten calls were answered by Ahoo Star's offices. Due to the incredible delays (three and a half days!!) in fetching our belongings, we were offered a possible reduction in cost. However, this fell away once the truck arrived at it's destination and we were told that until we pay the full amount our belongings won't be released to us. What business offers a discount, and then removes it when you are locked in? Honestly, by this point I was simply overjoyed that our belongings had arrived and paid to get them released. However, when I arrived at the house and saw how our belongings had been tossed chaotically around our house, and then saw how much of our furniture and boxes had been damaged, I decided to write a review to warn others. Unfortunately, really worth paying the extra amount and getting a reputable company. Learn from our mistake.

Horrible Service
I'm honestly fuming. They arrived late to collect my goods. My goods got damaged (1 leg of my bed arrived to PE, my new fridge has scratches and dents all over, my whole wooden TV stand is broken and both my bed side cupboards arrived without handles. Richard keeps telling me he will call me back for the past 3weeks but empty promise. I called, emailed, I WhatsApp on a daily based regarding my damaged goods but I can't get through to the landlines and my calls are being ignored.
