The worst experience ever. We've been waiting for them since 11am and it's now almost 11pm and they keep lying over the phone about their whereabouts.
I sent an email to the debt department in October regarding my home loan. I have called multiple times to follow-up but I'm sent from pillar to post each time, and told my case has been escalated to the manager who will call and I still haven't received any communication from them. This is very unprofessional and frustrating
Worst company. Never patrols in our area (Ellaton, Klerksdorp) despite break-ins in several houses "protected" by them. We've called several meetings with them as the community and they promise to allocate a patrol vehicle to our area but never do. Always late to respond to alarms. Last time my alarm went off while I was in town. I told them there's no one home when they called, yet their officer arrived at my house about 2 hours later - long after I had returned. You click a panic button and they call to ask several questions that can't be answered in emergencies instead of immediately rushing over. Recently, my alarm was supposedly giving a signal to them and someone came to check. Since there was nothing on my side I asked the call centre agent to test my system to ensure it's not faulty, she told me she'll get someone to call me but I was never called.
