Horrible Service
I'm honestly fuming. They arrived late to collect my goods. My goods got damaged (1 leg of my bed arrived to PE, my new fridge has scratches and dents all over, my whole wooden TV stand is broken and both my bed side cupboards arrived without handles. Richard keeps telling me he will call me back for the past 3weeks but empty promise. I called, emailed, I WhatsApp on a daily based regarding my damaged goods but I can't get through to the landlines and my calls are being ignored.

Loan Tracker SA, Loan Zone SA and Lifestyle Legal are TRASH
I have been receiving threatening mails from Lifestyle legal (Pty)Ltd and sms stating that Loan Tracker SA and Loan Zone SA demands I pay them R1993,98 and R1835,73. They did not render any service to me, I have no written agreement, I did not sign anything, and then they went and obtained my banking details and personal details without my permission and have now sent me a court summons to pay this amount.Surely the court should look at if this is legal. How can some random person demand this money from me and I have never had anything to do with them. I say that Lifestyle Legal, Loan Tracker SA and Loan Zone SA should be investigated by the Consumer rights complaints commission as obtaining peoples personal details without their permission and then demanding I pay them is definitely against the law. I have emailed them several time stating my case but they ignore my mails and just send back more threatening mails. What do i do to stop these criminals from ripping off the next person , I need need signed Documentation as proof in other for me to pay up,otherwise I don't owe anyone anything.

It's been 7days since I got a mail from FNB FRAUD Department that they would contact me within 48 hours... 7 days later still no form of communication. It's exactly a month after I tried reversing my money. What must I do to get proper assistance and better service? It's like FNB isn't valuing there clients. Should I get my lawyer involved because I'm not getting any proper assistance, a month I've been contacting FNB FUN then they put me through from one person to another and giving my millions of different numbers to call and yet no one can assist.

FNB is trash
Filled in a recall form at FNB O.R TAMBO international on the 28th February, got no phone call, no email, no sms from them ever since up until now: 22/03/2018 I tried calling FNB probably 20 times after that and each time they put me through to a different department and giving me a million different numbers to call. I'm sure the airtime I used to call them is much more then the money I want recalled.
