I have had my flights cancelled, accommodation moved and struggling for cancellation and 90 day VISAS paid for and not used since March 2020, due to the COVID 19 pandemic. I sent the paperwork With all email correspondence etc at the end of March to AMERICAN INSURANCE GREEDY’S(AIG) and they respond on 14 March saying they will take 5 days to respond. After 5 days I called & I get a response saying 21 to 28 days because of stalling tactics they wanted more paperwork on top of the 30 plus emails I sent to different companies asking for a refund. I again sent the docs to no response. Looks like they stole my money and use COVID19 as an excuse. I’m off to my bank to raise a dispute against all the service providers including AIGREEDYS.If that don’t work I’m off to the insurance ombudsman. Don’t get this travelinsurance, they use every excuse in the book.
