Johannesburg to Reunion and return. Unsure if everything was fine with that plane as there was grinding noise as well as continuous vibrations. Due to it we were not even able to use our arm rests. Flight to Reunion delayed. Return flight cancelled by airline a few days before. Only option to accept a flight a few days later. No accommodation etc offered. As per EU regulation they are also obliged to compensate passengers. Handed in my compensation request 2 months ago. Received confirmation by airline. Since then neither compensation has been paid nor does Air Austral reply to any email.
