Worst Company & Customer service by far!!!

I have stopped all my business with Air Liquide since August 2021 due to their pathetic customer service and accounts department. Ever since the termination of their service they owe me a refund and till today they still did not managed to settle the refund. R471.13 to be exact. What a shame.

Its the worst company that anyone can deal with when it gets to customer service. They keep on telling you the matter has been escalated but still nothing happens and every month you get an statement from them showing they owe you money.

They forgot who kept their doors open before Covid pandemic as ever since the start of the pandemic they forgot they had customers that still need their support and service.
