You get bad service and then you get ABSA Insurance. The MOST *********** staff and business you will ever get to deal with. We logged a claim for burst geyser 7:55am. Get claim confirmation by 8:05am. By 15:00pm the assigned plumbing company still hasn’t received the authorisation yet. We called every hour for an update just to be told they will resolve it now and still nothing gets done. After a 30min call with the plumbing company that told the staff member in ABSA HOC office what to do they received the authorisation. How bad can service be? Really ABSA. Easy to get our premium every month but completely useless to resolve the simplest of claims. Best part is still to come as we have a lot of water damage in one of our rooms.
I have stopped all my business with Air Liquide since August 2021 due to their pathetic customer service and accounts department. Ever since the termination of their service they owe me a refund and till today they still did not managed to settle the refund. R471.13 to be exact. What a shame. Its the worst company that anyone can deal with when it gets to customer service. They keep on telling you the matter has been escalated but still nothing happens and every month you get an statement from them showing they owe you money. They forgot who kept their doors open before Covid pandemic as ever since the start of the pandemic they forgot they had customers that still need their support and service.
