Terrible Quality and Disrespectful Service – Avoid AC Direct

I regret choosing AC Direct for my air conditioning needs. While their pre-installation service is excellent, and they work hard to lure clients with promises of free services and top-notch support, the quality of their aircon units leaves much to be desired. My unit didn’t even last four months before it became completely dysfunctional.

What’s worse, the “free service” they use as a selling point requires you to practically beg and plead for assistance. Post-installation, they pressure customers to leave positive reviews, clearly aiming to deceive other unsuspecting potential clients.

If you’re looking for quality units that can at least function reliably for six months before requiring servicing, this is not the company for you. To make matters worse, their attitude towards black customers is appalling and deeply disrespectful. My experience with them has been disappointing on every level, and I cannot recommend their services to anyone.

Avoid this company if you value quality, respect, and professionalism.
