Terrible Quality and Disrespectful Service – Avoid AC Direct Business WhatsApp No: +27 63 083 1546 I regret choosing AC Direct for my air conditioning needs. While their pre-installation service is excellent, and they work hard to lure clients with promises of free services and top-notch support, the quality of their aircon units leaves much to be desired. My unit didn’t even last four months before it became completely dysfunctional. What’s worse, the “free service” they use as a selling point requires you to practically beg and plead for assistance. Post-installation, they pressure customers to leave positive reviews, clearly aiming to deceive other unsuspecting potential clients. If you’re looking for quality units that can at least function reliably for six months before requiring servicing, this is not the company for you. To make matters worse, their attitude towards black customers is appalling and deeply disrespectful. My experience with them has been disappointing on every level, and I cannot recommend their services to anyone. Avoid this company if you value quality, respect, and professionalism.

Deco Furn: Unlawful and unreasonable business practice and poor customer care
Deco Furn has robbed thousands of its customer's rights enshrined in the Consumer Act. The shop operates behind unreasonable and unjust terms and conditions which they hide on their website. One of their condition is that customers are not allowed to return for refund any furniture that they assemble, even when its not damaged or returned within 10 days as stipulated on the CPA. I bought a table three days ago which I requested to return after 1one day but the Gauteng Assistant Regional Manager and Store Manager refused to refund me. Asked why they do no give customers access to information before purchase, they say their conditions are available on the website, even if you buy from the store. My case was raised with a condescending and rude Assistant Regional Manager who did not care to engage me in a respectful way. Stellar and efficient service
I am extremely pleased with the efficient service I got from Riette at ooba Home Loans. Riette’s managed to negotiate a good rate and secure a 105% bond approval for me in less than 3 days. On the fourth day, I had already secured an appointment with attorneys to sign transfer documents. Going the extra-mile, she continued to guide me on the process outside home mortgage broker responsibilities. I have never been happier with a service delivery as much as I am with ooba and Riette in particular. The cherry on top of my experience with ooba has also been the friendly customer service from everyone I interacted with along with up to the minute communication updates. For a seamless, efficient and friendly customer service on you property purchasing journey, I highly recommend ooba and Riette in particular.
