Airgun Nut - Incompetance

Very unpleasant experience even 1 star is to generous.

Paid for my FX IMPACT and wanted to confirm that there actually was an fx impact in the box. Packaging was removed and supplied to the courier service without any protection. Would atleast expect some protection for a purchase well over R 40 000, hopefully the gun will not be damaged on the way to Botswana.

Eugene and his staff should not work with clients they are rude and unprofessional. I should have listened to all the warnings....
