Previously, I utilized AirMobile’s service before opting for the eSIM option on my mobile device, and I must express my profound satisfaction with the latter. However, I am deeply disappointed with the physical SIM option. Afrihost advertises a 3-hour delivery service that can be purchased at an additional cost. I opted for this service due to my urgency and inability to visit a physical store. Regrettably, the delivery failed to meet the promised timeframe. After four hours, I contacted customer support, who informed me that the delivery would not be completed until later in the day. This was particularly inconvenient, as I had to leave the premises and had paid for the 3-hour option, which was contingent upon my limited time availability. I strongly believe that AirMobile should cease its misleading advertising practices and refrain from deceiving customers by charging them for services that cannot be delivered within the advertised timeframe.
