Pathetic Service

On Saturday I made an online reservation to stay at Airport Inn and Suites. I have submitted a special request as well, but still have not received any feedback, but the company is very quick to try and take my money. Are they even legit? Herewith the request submitted: Good day

Before I pay the balance on my stay, I am still waiting for feedback on my request. In March this year, I made a reservation with Airport Inn and asked if I may qualify for a discount, as I am staying for a while and it is for study and training purposes. The property advised me that my request will be discussed upon arrival. Is there any possibility that I may qualify for a student discount? Proof if training can be provided.
