My lovely home for the next 12 days. Wait... Let's rephrase the next 9 days. Lovely beds, friendly cleaning staff. Some of the reception staff only do so much, and I obviously expect more. They think you owe them anything. Sorry my dear, I do not. For instance... the company I booked with (Stayforlong) included all fees, plus an additional amount of 80.00 for the breakfast of a child and 80.00 for the breakfast of an adult. The one morning I entered the kitching/hotel (whatever you may call it) , the cashier or whatever did not have any respect for me. I mean if you are tired, go home and go back to sleep. PUT YOUR CUSTOMERS FIRST Back to my story... I am technically loosing 80.00 per day as I do not get a breakfast at all, and I have to buy from other restaurants through MrD. It is slightly annoying and irritable how you getting ****** and you only realise it afterwards... I urgently need to get the breakfasts I have missed for the first couple of days or a cash refund before I leave the premises. My next step would be to write a complaint to Hello Peter to investigate. Like I said it is a lovely hotel with some lovely staff. Especially the one working tonight (9 August) . Then you get suur, emotionless workers who can barely great you like the two bookings clerks who just sat on their asses and stare at you when you enter the proprty I need value for my money and thus far I have not. You wake up in a happy mood, go to the kitchen to take your food and still have to pay super expensive prices although (according to Stayforlong the breakfast meal has been included

On Saturday I made an online reservation to stay at Airport Inn and Suites. I have submitted a special request as well, but still have not received any feedback, but the company is very quick to try and take my money. Are they even legit? Herewith the request submitted: Good day Before I pay the balance on my stay, I am still waiting for feedback on my request. In March this year, I made a reservation with Airport Inn and asked if I may qualify for a discount, as I am staying for a while and it is for study and training purposes. The property advised me that my request will be discussed upon arrival. Is there any possibility that I may qualify for a student discount? Proof if training can be provided. Regards, Zian

I moved into this hotel on the 28 yet they demanded payment from me on the 23rd I was staying there on a monthly term they rude the manager Kenny must get his facts straight lots of ****roaches they then try to get a daily rate out of u wifi hardly works then they take your deposit and say u owed the money disgusting will never go back there

My partner and I of three years live in this hotel on a long term lease basis. I have lived here with him for over 6 months. Two days ago my boyfriend told me he wants me out, today at 10am. I must take my stuff and go. He doesn't care if I sleep on the streets. (Saturday, 29 January 2022). Kenny, the owner, was disgracefully rude and refused to give me the name of his superiors (guilty, anyone?) Thus this review. I went again to the Manager/Owner, Kenny. He told me he would be sending his private security guard to escort me off the property. However, it was my now "ex boyfriend" who was getting loud and shouted at ME. But they took his side because the lease is in his name, even though he does not work and does not pay rent. (Rent is up to date currently). Dave is 54. He leaves payment up to his 24 year old daughter who works 6 days a week at a bakery. I contribute food as I'm currently awaiting a job that starts in March. Kenny claims he can kick me out because the lease is in Dave's name and they claim I'm "just a guest". It did not matter, according to Kenny AND Dave because I am a tenant now. Not a resident (?) Kenny refused to let me see the copy of the lease but it is a 2 bed apartment with space for four. The guard who was witness to my boyfriend's verbal abuse, denied it to Kenny the next day (although I audio recorded it). Know your law! You need to apply for an eviction order from a judge. On Monday. On whenever you have time. Then you serve that on me. Then I get one month's grace (no expense to me) to stay until I can find alternative accommodation. This place rips you off R50 a packet of cigarettes and R18 for a small can of coke. No vegetarian menu. Lots of loud parties, bachelor's, birthdays, alcoholics, loud music - every weekend. But I have never complained. Until now. May you run into ruin, Kenny, for trying to put someone out on the street without following the Law. I will review on Google too. Hopefully Kenny's superiors will read this. Or at least all of you honest people reading it will now know what goes on here. I would not advise you choose this place to stay if you want to enjoy a good break at a hotel. There are rats in the roof. Literally. I don't advise you to come here. Thank you!

<p>The Company Booeked a employee in at Airport Inn as it was so close to OR Tambo. Her flight was leaving at 5:45 and she had to be there at 4:45 am latest. We arranged a lift as the shuttle only left at 5am. We arranged that she is leaving early . The morning at 4:30 there was NO staff at reception and the gate WAS LOCKED!!! No security to OPEN!!. The lift was tanding outside but could not get in. I let her elave otherwise she was going to be late. We phoned the Hotel number AND the EMERGENCY number but it was ringing without been answered. What if there was a Medical Emergency and people died ebcause the Ambulance could not get in??? Sure the claim can be in the R ********** !!!At 5am the shuttle arrived and opened for hr but it was to late now and she missed her plane. We ahd to get her on a 2 Hour later flight and pay extra AND pay for a Cab in Cpe Town. The Hotel is now BLACKLISTED at Head office. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!</p>
