After a scalding review earlier - I have revised my review. We’ve had a few years of experience with this institute- sadly more frustrating than positive. I don’t have an easy student so dealing with a less co operative institute is difficult. Today after many an unanswered telephone I was assisted by a very pleasant patient Michelle Goncalves. She managed to address and solve our query readily and rapidly without any hiccups. Thank you Michelle
Personally I think this college should be known as Academic Institute of Incompetence. After reading some reviews I certainly can’t understand why they survive. How many calls does one have to make to get assisted. How many complaints have to be logged. When you do eventually get hold of someone- they will call you back in 5 minutes more like never. Your call is seen as urgent- 1 day 5 days 10 days later - thankfully no one was dying. Think it’s time that some like The Devi show did some investigation
Actually 1 star is being kind. The most *********** theiving lying useless business ever dealt. I suppose this includes Booking.com because they advise this patheyic excuse of a business

It took some time before I decided to do the review, reason being that yes most of your reviews were very good. Its now nearly 6 months later, also with attempted legal assistance and the situation has not been resolved. CJ has on numerous occasions advised the legal company that refund was going to be done. The legal documents were sent on the 17th and to-date no refund. I am sure that if you purchased an item eg. A frying pan and it had debris and scratches on it you would return it. I personally have tried calling CJ and left messages for him to return my call. I still am waiting. This is not slanderous - its fact. At no stage has this situation sadly been resolved.
I gave one star because you can't give no stars. This company are nothing more than thieves. They mostly don't know what customer service is. The owner CJ is to incompetent to return a call or answer an email. Christo, the warehouse manager is brilliant- he lies and then blames his staff for sending out used goods. Oh and not mention half the order didn't arrive either. Terri, the puppet advised that I would be refunded my R5000 and yet to date no money. So yes - thieves. I have used numerous other companies Beermart, Beerlab, Bevpkus and Lets Brew. Certainly 100% more competent and they dont sell ****ty quality goods.
Products are always perfectly packed, shipments always prompt and on time. Staff are always prepared to go the extra mile. Product quality is great and all additional items purchased were of superior quality.
