My lovely home for the next 12 days. Wait... Let's rephrase the next 9 days. Lovely beds, friendly cleaning staff. Some of the reception staff only do so much, and I obviously expect more. They think you owe them anything. Sorry my dear, I do not. For instance... the company I booked with (Stayforlong) included all fees, plus an additional amount of 80.00 for the breakfast of a child and 80.00 for the breakfast of an adult. The one morning I entered the kitching/hotel (whatever you may call it) , the cashier or whatever did not have any respect for me. I mean if you are tired, go home and go back to sleep. PUT YOUR CUSTOMERS FIRST Back to my story... I am technically loosing 80.00 per day as I do not get a breakfast at all, and I have to buy from other restaurants through MrD. It is slightly annoying and irritable how you getting ****** and you only realise it afterwards... I urgently need to get the breakfasts I have missed for the first couple of days or a cash refund before I leave the premises. My next step would be to write a complaint to Hello Peter to investigate. Like I said it is a lovely hotel with some lovely staff. Especially the one working tonight (9 August) . Then you get suur, emotionless workers who can barely great you like the two bookings clerks who just sat on their asses and stare at you when you enter the proprty I need value for my money and thus far I have not. You wake up in a happy mood, go to the kitchen to take your food and still have to pay super expensive prices although (according to Stayforlong the breakfast meal has been included
