False advertising - Credit Card Fraud?!

I rented a car through Airport Rentals.com in December 2019, they rented and reserved a car for me from Woodford Car Hire. According to their reservation note all damages and theft was included in the car rental price!

After the December holiday, their was scratches on the bumper.

The reservation note received after the booking was clearly false advertising!!

They subtracted an additional R21 000 from my Credit Card!! They did this without my consent, without warning me, without asking me - and obviously their Reservation note was falsified or they just blatantly abused my credit card information and stole from my credit card!!!!!

I have been trying to get this sorted for 4 months now!!!!
