They have the slowest possible response time! I have wasted R 400 airtime phoning back and forth just to get my claim sorted out!! I was in a serious car accident on the 5th of December. I submitted the claim for my car and phone that was ****** during the accident on the same day! After calling back and forth, regarding my car claim, they have finaly finalised the claim on the 27th. I am, however, STILL WAITING FOR THE PROOF OF PAYMENT so that I can replace the car!! Furthermore, I STILL HAVEN'T HEARD ANYTHING ABOUT THE CELLPHONE CLAIM!!!!!!!! When I phoned them, they said it is still in processing!!!!! THIS IS RIDICULOUS AND ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!!!!!!!!! Who can afford to go a MONTH WITHOUT A VEHICLE AND CELLPHONE???!!! DO NOT INSURE WITH THEM!!!! THEY MIGHT OFFER YOU A LOWER MONTHLY INSTALLMENT, BUT YOU HAVE TO WAIT A MONTH AND SPEND R400 AIRTIME TO SORT OUT A CLAIM!!!!!!! When this is done, I am cancelling all my insurance with them!!! I will rather pay R500 more a month if it means that I don't EVER have to deal with this PATHETIC SERVICE EVER again!! Oh, they do love saying: "it's in process", "we're working on it", "it's going to take some time", "the finance department doesn't pay out this week"!!!! I have SOOOOOO MANY colourful swearwords I want to attach to this review, so that ANYONE AND EVERYONE can sense and hear my ANGER AND FRUSTRATION!!!!!!!!!!!!! I HAVE HAD IT!!!!!! NO MORE!!!!!!
I have tried to cancel my insurance three weeks ago. I am struggling to get hold of the "right department". Every single time I phone in, they put me through to the cancellations/retentions department and it seems like they just can't assist me or even answer my call! The last time I stayed on the line for 20 minutes and no one answered!! I want to cancel my policy!!!! I want a refund on my insurance!! I already have another insurance, so now my account is being deducted twice!!
I accidentally drove over my phone, it was damaged beyond repair. I got a new phone and tried to set up the FNB banking app. I cannot setup the app on the new phone because I don't remember my username and password (I used my fingerprint). I cannot reset my username or password because I need to approve it on my old (busted) phone. I phoned the call center for assistance, they couldn't help me and said I needed to go into the branch. I went into the branch and they said I need to phone the call center, because their phones arent working!!!!!! I am beyond annoyed and frustrated!!!!!!! I would switch banks just to have access to my own account again!!
I rented a car through Airport Rentals.com in December 2019, they rented and reserved a car for me from Woodford Car Hire. According to their reservation note all damages and theft was included in the car rental price! After the December holiday, their was scratches on the bumper. The reservation note received after the booking was clearly false advertising!! They subtracted an additional R21 000 from my Credit Card!! They did this without my consent, without warning me, without asking me - and obviously their Reservation note was falsified or they just blatantly abused my credit card information and stole from my credit card!!!!! I have been trying to get this sorted for 4 months now!!!!
