I ordered a pair of sneakers on Tuesday, paid and the order was confirmed. On Thursday I messaged to follow up about the waybill. They said the color I want isn't in stock. I chose a different color. On Saturday when I followed up, there was no response. On Monday morning I sent a message, there was just 1 tick. I called the number multiple times and got no response. At this point I just want a refund because their service is bad!!!
