I ordered a pair of sneakers on Tuesday, paid and the order was confirmed. On Thursday I messaged to follow up about the waybill. They said the color I want isn't in stock. I chose a different color. On Saturday when I followed up, there was no response. On Monday morning I sent a message, there was just 1 tick. I called the number multiple times and got no response. At this point I just want a refund because their service is bad!!!
On Sunday 25/09/2022, I went to Akermans at Umphakati mall. There was 1 cashier working, she kept calling someone to come help her. Eventually I was next, I got to the till and asked if I could pay my layby and take it out. According to the cashier, layby's were offline yet I could pay my layby but couldn't take it out. I'm still confused, if the layby's were offline how could I only pay? Nevertheless I paid and left. It's absurd and frustrating that there was no notice anywhere in the shop indicating that they're offline for layby's, but you can pay...
