i had ordered my shoes 4 weeks ago, they have not gotten back to me except them telling me my order was supposed to arrive last week. However no tracking number let alone an order number... Very poor communication, nobody answers messages, phone calls or emails

I ordered sneakers from Ajay Kicks last Friday and paid extra for 3–5 day delivery. A week later, I still haven’t received my order or any updates. Their customer communication is terrible — no payment confirmation, no order updates, nothing. At this point, I’ve accepted that I’m probably not getting my sneakers or my money back, so let this be a lesson to others. I only trusted this business because tik tok influencers promote them, but it’s clear regular customers aren’t treated the same. Do not purchase from them.

I ordered sneakers from Ajay Kicks last Friday and paid extra for 3–5 day delivery. A week later, I still haven’t received my order or any updates. Their customer communication is terrible — no payment confirmation, no order updates, nothing. I just got a delivery of my shoes not as quick as l had hoped but l still got them. Their customer service needs more work but its a legit company that doesnt rob people . I gave them 5 stars because its the thirf time lam buying from them with no fuss

I am very disappointed with they're service this time around, the communication sucks, they don't answer phone calls, takes very long to respond to whatsapp messages. I mean we pay for what we want, when you follow up regarding your order all of a sudden there is no stock, but no messages or a phone call to tell you or confirm if you want to take another sneaker of a refund. Not happy at all👎

At this point this brand is a ***** and it's so sad that these are not being held accountable for not delivering their services to when people make payments. There is no communication at all and it's so stressful cause that is my money I worked for and I need my sneakers delivered.

I ordered a pair of sneakers on Tuesday, paid and the order was confirmed. On Thursday I messaged to follow up about the waybill. They said the color I want isn't in stock. I chose a different color. On Saturday when I followed up, there was no response. On Monday morning I sent a message, there was just 1 tick. I called the number multiple times and got no response. At this point I just want a refund because their service is bad!!!
