At this point this brand is a ***** and it's so sad that these are not being held accountable for not delivering their services to when people make payments. There is no communication at all and it's so stressful cause that is my money I worked for and I need my sneakers delivered.
My lawyers are in contact with Homechoice for poor services, ****ming and harrassment. Homechoice refuses to remove me from their database, as I'm not interested in their services at all.
Absolute horror service. I opened an account so my new house can be a home. Homechoice proceeded to call me non stop without me proceeding with the order. I proceed with the order, one of their agents called to confirm detail not knowing they are about to ***** R500 from my account. Claiming it's for courier services. Mathebula send the sms to pay, in the meantime they stole my money. They continue to call you and harass you but when you ask for answers nothing is being met, but don't worry my lawyer is on it as we speak. I will need you to cancel everything and if I so much as receive a call, my lawyers again will do the needful. Homechoice refuses to investigate and that agent will defintely not loose their job but I will take action now. I need my money back and for Homechoice to leave me alone.
