I went to bank in November 2025 to open an account for my child Thoriso Lisolethu Reagile Cheloane but was told that he already has a bank account and he opened it in August. I wasn't around in August and he never opened it. I would like to investigate and see who opened the bank account under my child's name with account number 63152073044. I want to open an account for my son.
I have tried calling Sassa several times requesting the to stop or help with the person who is earning R370 under my child's name that person has been earning that since August 2025. When I went to the bank to open an account for my son it says he already has an account. My son is not getting any R370 and he is struggling to get it. The statement shows that he is in Johannesburg the person who is getting Sassa grant under his names. My son is Durban never went to Johannesburg his names are Thoriso Lisolethu Reagike Cheloane
It's worst courier service I ever used. I have been waiting for my parcel it's been with them I don't know for how long now. They have a bad service I have been calling their office in Durban enquiring they promise to get back at you but they don't you wait until sunrise from the West not East they are bad because we want to use the items in that parcel.

I lost a cellphone with a number 0739693330 that number is being used by someone else but that person is opening accounts with my child's name and also app**** for Sassari R370 grant I have been asking for help to delete that number totally if possible because my son can't get Nsfas because he's getting R370 that he is not getting.
I'm not happy with the service I got from dignity group Kokstad. I waited for 45 minutes and decided to leave because the guy who was helping there concentrated on one person all that time and when I got there that person was still helping them. I'm not happy at all I left without being helped.
I have made an order since 4th April but I haven't received my order yet and I am not getting any feedback or updates about my date I don't know what's going on. I have been calling the business for two weeks now asking about my order I feel like I have been failed by Makro. No calls from them nothing.
