If there were a million stars, I would give them all. Today I was assisted by a gentleman named Jayson Irwin in Customer Services, and my goodness—he was professional, kind, and truly efficient. He went above and beyond the call of duty. It is very rare these days to encounter someone in customer service who is genuinely passionate about helping people. Thank you so much for the outstanding service, Jayson. It truly made my day.
I just got a delivery of my shoes not as quick as l had hoped but l still got them. Their customer service needs more work but its a legit company that doesnt rob people . I gave them 5 stars because its the thirf time lam buying from them with no fuss
lf there was one star l would give it. Ima currenty in the process of opening a ******** case against them and have come together with 10 othr people they have ****** because l want them to not operate anymore. They have to be shut down as they are still de*****ing people of their money . The jordan sneakers dont ever come. They never answer their phone or email or even whatsapp. I placed an order with tem last year in jULY 2024 iam still waiting. Please dont buy from these people l can guarantee you the shoes wont come. They are not legit at all but frausters.
I was *****ulently ****** of my money by these people . I was playing slot machines online and the site kept crushing and the bet will be taken without me actually playing. It happened over and over and l reached out to them to try and resolve this by atleast getting my money back and they said they will escalate but l never heard anything back. They are *******. ;Let people lose reputably its expected from gambling but dont *****ulently take people's hard earned money
I recently lost my job and l have been trying for 48 hours to cancel my services with this company to no avail. They tol me to go an cancel through WhatsApp which l have been put on hold for hours told lam being transferred to the cancelation agent. They are quick to take your money when you have a problem they don't want to do what is right. I have a right to cancel the subscription especially now since l won't be able to afford it but they do not want me too. This is very poor service and lam warning anyone out there who will listen that Webafrica have terrible service but to try to keep me on when l know l won't afford will ruin my credit record as they will not find money in my account since lam no longer employed. Please beware of this company
If there was a zero star or an number less than zero l will give it. I bought a 10 piece duvet cover with curtains looking all nice in the picture only to have some chiffon material of an item with stitching hanging out. i am EXTREMELY disappointed 😥and will never in a million years shop from homechoice. Its a huge scam to get u excited with fake pictures when the real thing is embarrassing to even put up. l paid R899 for something l wont even be able to use. Iam so angry insulted at the same time.
This is hard for me to write as l have been banking with absa for 14 years and extremely disappointed with this kind of service. I applied for a loan in the 27th of September and got a text the loan was successful and the text told me how much lam getting for how long and how much l will be paying in instalments as l was closing another account as well. . l needed to send 3 months payslip with my ID which l did immediately as this money is needed for an emergency. They said l must wait for a case number then call back with it so lam helped which l did again waiting for hours on hold. Days went by I went into my internet banking and saw the money had been put as an advance so naturally l called my bank was on hold for hours only to be told that not to worry the consultant will call me back. I have been calling them and not even getting any resolution and no one till today has called me back but it still shows online the money is still in advance . Iam so hurt to be let down by a bank l have loved and trusted when l needed them the most . Iam sad l will be changing banks and urge everyone to not fall into the trap l did but trusting that your history with the bank means something as till this very moment absa hasn’t even bothered to get back to me nor the consultant and when l call l get told l will will be called back. So sad what a let down
The day by day data from Cell C is a scam this is the second time l have fallen into that lie trap where they promise to send me daily and night data. All l get is messages for daily data that has been loaded when there’s nothing. Iam so disappointed in CellC especially since l have used them for a number of years. The nail in the coffin was trying to purchase YouTube data and expecting it to work as well which it didn’t.I tried calling them about this but got no resolution lam extremely disappointed and will changing to a different number
