I noticed that they have a system during visiting hours where some patients are benefiting from... Some get an extra longer time to sit with their partners like 15 to 20 minutes longer... How do you not follow your own rules or is it that your staff favors others more, like the young lady with her elder partner, Grey haired... It was given through to them, but still they do whatever they want... Rules are there for a reason and you not being fair to other patients...
