Bad service _wardrobe still in the box

I bought a wardrobe Monday and it was dilive4ed Tuesday instead of Monday and was told it will be assembled on wensday. I have been phoning and they keep saying that the person is coming. Now no one is answering the phone. It is so pathetic and annoying that one must stop all the plan and wait for nothing. The customer service is zero.
