1st encounter : I purchased a pair of sneaker on their online store and was told 2days after the order that the shoe size was actually finished a year ago there were delays to update their online portal/services – I accepted the inconvenience and let it slide although I have suffered charges for the whole odeal which the store did not bother to reimburse and it took them at least 6 working days for the refund which is out their set turn around time.
2nd encounter : I bought a t shirt again on their online portal in the same month of March and the T shirt size was big I drove to their Sandton store and I was told I need to drive to mall of Africa to do the exchange, upon arrival at mall of Africa I was told sizes where finished. This time again I was inconvenienced by their website and I wasted my petrol money for traveling to both their stores named above. The store had no courtesy to make things right after wasting my bank charges and petrol on multiple occasions.
3rd encounter : Been trying to following about my refund instead my messages are read and ignored.
