IF I COULD GIVE A ZERO I WOULF HAVE !!!!!!!

Very disappointed with the cake I bought on the 19 January 2026. I have been a loyal customer with my kid's birthday cakes. Ordered the Sunday for pick up Monday. Got the cake on the Monday morning as we had my son's birthday party at his school, the kids ate the cake there was a small piece left which we took home and had each a slice of cake. The cake was not fresh, and the cream wasn't as fresh as always it had a detergent taste not sure if it was dishwasher or pine gel but not nice at all. I then contacted the bakery, and the lady advise you can come get another cake or refund, I opt for a refund.

So, I advised her I will be going back to work on the 20th how will you refund me she said she's waiting on the owner "guy at the till ". So, this morning I asked how the refund will be done, the lady is telling me the shift changed I need to bring the cake back her ****orker was supposed to tell me that. I mean this is serious 5-year-olds ate of the cake, and I trusted them as I always buy cakes from them. they telling I need to bring the cake but that not what the ****orker said yesterday so we throw the cake away????? Now they won't refund me or give me a new cake "there was almost nothing left of the cake as it was for a party. I WONT SUPPORT AL-SAUDI BAKERY ACTIONVILLE EVER AGAIN
