Air Condtioner

Hi all We had a technician to check our conditioner in our offices and they confirm that the work was done and we paid them, hardly 3 days later the machine was not working, and we did not want to call them immediately, hoping that the machine will be fine but it never did. I later called their office and spoke to Debbie and she sent them back and this time around they said the compressor was faulty and unfortunately we must pay again. Before payment i had confirm with Tony that we had 3 months warranty and now hardly 3 days they want us to pay extra for dodge work done.

I will advise all to stay away from them, lack of business ethics and unprofessional.
