Hi all, i recently visited Mount Amanzi, i was extremely appalled and left speechless how they gave me a run around, refusing to fix my vehicle that was damaged inside their premises. Their staff member namely Matthew was playing a cricket with colleagues and damaged my vehicle, upon contacting the Resort Manager- Petrus Steyn he saw the vehicle and confirmed that they will fix it and once i left he then ignore all my correspondence to him.. I just thought anyone planning to visit them should know this FACT.
Hi all We had a technician to check our conditioner in our offices and they confirm that the work was done and we paid them, hardly 3 days later the machine was not working, and we did not want to call them immediately, hoping that the machine will be fine but it never did. I later called their office and spoke to Debbie and she sent them back and this time around they said the compressor was faulty and unfortunately we must pay again. Before payment i had confirm with Tony that we had 3 months warranty and now hardly 3 days they want us to pay extra for dodge work done. I will advise all to stay away from them, lack of business ethics and unprofessional.
