<div>On the 20th April 2023,I had taken my Volkswagen Tiguan in for servicing of the Sunroof.I was then appointed to a Service Advisor called Vineshree who then told me that it would take at least 4 days for the sunroof to be replaced and that she would update me via WhatsApp on the progress of the vehicle. The last time I spoke to her was on Tuesday 25April 2023 and I’m still waiting for an update. The problem is that she now avoids my calls and never returns my messages. When I called in today I had to complain to one of her Managers first and eventually got put through Vineshree. As soon as I advised her of my frustration and her poor service delivery, she somewhat didn’t show any sense of urgency or empathy towards my complaint. She somewhat rushed the conversation and never listened to what I was trying to bring to her attention. What also concerned me is that I advised that I wasn’t happy and that I’m going to report this matter, her response was simply that “It’s okay Mam”. This shows that the employee has no care towards Alan Hudson’s brand reputation nor the impact her arrogance has. I kindly ask that Volkswagen looks into this matter and avoid giving such roles to people who have no interest in assisting VW customers.</div>
