On 31 July, I placed an order at Mr Price Home Illanga Mall and paid in full at the store. I was informed that my parcel would be delivered to the store within 7-10 working days. However, the store’s landline number is unreachable, and I have been unable to get any updates by phone. I contacted customer care, who assured me they would escalate the matter and mark my delivery as urgent. I also received a tracking link via Mr Price Home’s WhatsApp number. According to the tracking information, my order has been sitting at the City Logistics warehouse in Nelspruit since 5 August, yet I have still not received it. When I followed up with the store, they claimed they never received the order. This situation is very frustrating and disappointing. I expect Mr Price Home to resolve this issue immediately and deliver my order without further delay.
I am really disappointed and frustrated about the poor service I have experienced with my recent application for LTE wireless service. I app**** for the service on the 20th of September at Telkom Whiteriver Crossing, and despite assurances from your representative, Tebogo Gumede, that everything would be finalized the next day, I am still without the LTE wireless router. On the day of my application, Tebogo informed me that the process would be completed promptly and that he would contact me the following day. However, to my dismay, I did not receive any communication from him as promised. Since then, I have made numerous attempts to reach out to Tebogo Gumede via phone calls and text messages, but unfortunately, he has not picked up or responded to any of my attempts to contact him. It is incredibly frustrating to have been given false promises and to be left in the dark regarding the status of my application. I rely on a stable internet connection for both personal and professional reasons, and this delay has caused significant inconvenience and disruption to my daily activities. I had chosen Telkom with the expectation of reliable service, but unfortunately, my experience thus far has not lived up to my expectations.
<div>On the 20th April 2023,I had taken my Volkswagen Tiguan in for servicing of the Sunroof.I was then appointed to a Service Advisor called Vineshree who then told me that it would take at least 4 days for the sunroof to be replaced and that she would update me via WhatsApp on the progress of the vehicle. The last time I spoke to her was on Tuesday 25April 2023 and I’m still waiting for an update. The problem is that she now avoids my calls and never returns my messages. When I called in today I had to complain to one of her Managers first and eventually got put through Vineshree. As soon as I advised her of my frustration and her poor service delivery, she somewhat didn’t show any sense of urgency or empathy towards my complaint. She somewhat rushed the conversation and never listened to what I was trying to bring to her attention. What also concerned me is that I advised that I wasn’t happy and that I’m going to report this matter, her response was simply that “It’s okay Mam”. This shows that the employee has no care towards Alan Hudson’s brand reputation nor the impact her arrogance has. I kindly ask that Volkswagen looks into this matter and avoid giving such roles to people who have no interest in assisting VW customers.</div>
I’ve been battling to get my claim finalized. My claim was submitted November 2019 and I have not received my money up to this date. I’ve been sending emails and no one is responding. My claim is still not paid, if I had known that it was going to be handled this way I would done this myself through DOL. I will recommend their service to anyone.
Today I had an appointment for 14:00 at Sorbet Polokwane(Mall of the North). I waited 25 mins and no one was available for my treatment, when I decided to leave they told me that the lady who was supposed to do my treatment was still busy with another client. I drove 140km just to get my nails done not knowing that I will get such bad service. Why do they overbook clients if they can’t manage their time?
