Incredible non stop service
They are incredible. They have gone above and beyond to assist me and even after they claim was finished and there was a problem from the labour department side they have helped me to sort it out and have answered so many questions and emails. They have gone way beyond the lite service they offer. Would recommend them to anyone

Incredible non stop service
They are incredible. They have gone above and beyond to assist me and even after they claim was finished and there was a problem from the labour department side they have helped me to sort it out and have answered so many questions and emails. They have gone way beyond the lite service they offer. Would recommend them to anyone

Exceptional, non-stop, service to excellence
The whole team at Sweet Dreamz are absolutely amazing! They assist me step by step to make sure my application was completed and submitted correctly. When the UIF system went offline, I received weekly feedback from them on the status of the UIF. Once the UIF system was up and running my documentation was successfully submitted by Sweet Dreamz. The UIF then updated their system and Sweet Dreamz had to submit my application yet again. Throughout this whole tedious process, the whole team of Sweet Dreamz was by my side. After 20 weeks of my application showing “submitted “ on the UIf website, I again called upon the team of Sweet Dreamz, and they did not hesitate to help! Thank you Tatum and Kelly for the non stop work you do ! Eventually, the UIF paid out my maternity claim! I could not recommend the team of Sweet Dreamz enough! You ladies are angels!

Useless Service Provider
I am extremely disappointed with the service received from Sweet Dreamz. It has now been **7 months** since I submitted all my documentation for a UIF claim through them, and I’ve received **no proper feedback** during this entire period. In **February 2025**, Sweet Dreamz confirmed via email that my documents had been submitted. Since then, I’ve been told repeatedly that I must **follow up myself** with the Department of Labour, even though this was supposed to be handled by them. Only **today**, almost **August**, did I finally get feedback – and not from Sweet Dreamz. I had to do the follow-up myself and was informed that my claim was **rejected back in May** already, due to “outstanding documents.” This rejection happened just **one day after** they supposedly submitted the application, yet I was **never informed**. This lack of communication and accountability is completely unacceptable. Sweet Dreamz clearly failed to manage the process or provide any support. I feel completely let down and would **not recommend** their services to anyone relying on timely and professional assistance.

Maternity claim assistance.
I thought of making use of sweet dreams for convenience. But i according to them the labour departments online system is offline. I feel they should have told me before i registered and paid for their services. Its been 2 months and i still havent recieved my UIF maternity money. I informed them that i was thinking of going myself to labour department to submit my documents because its been too long. But they will not refund my money. I paid R700 and they are only willing to refund R200. And then i must still go to them to fetch my documents so that i can submit myself. Which will cost me R200 petrol to collect my documents. As i live in mitchells plain and there office is in N1 city. very dissatisfied!! i suggest you rather go to the labour department yourself and not waste your money on sweet dreamz.

Absolutely useless! I’d give no stars if that was an option. Almost 18 months later and still have yet to see anything. Granted there was an ID problem that was resolved 13 months ago. They literally submit your forms online and that is it. Not helpful at all. Absolute waste of time. And now that there was maintenance to the online system they have just said “sorry we can’t help you, go the branch”. Trying. Very hard to be diplomatic and professional. This company I heard of from my husband's colleague whose wife made use of their services recently and as a then working expecting mom myself, decided to give it a go. As the thought of not standing in a long waiting que for long hours at the Labour Department definitely appealed to me. From the get go I was impressed with the prompt response I received from Sweet Dreamz. They were very patient with me and very informative in their responses.
