Brilliant assistance with complex case
I intended to return to work after 4 months' maternity leave, but was unable to do so mid-way through. I repaid the reduced salary I did receive to my employer but was worried the UIF would not take this into consideration. Sweet Dreamz was recommended by many friends, and they were happy tp assisted with my special case. They guided me through all the requirements, provided very detailed instructions for my employer to follow when completing the paperwork, and handled the submission itself on my behalf. The UIF promptly approved my claim, did take my case into consideration, and soon paid out more than I expected to receive. Thank you Sweet Dreamz! All you hear is how daunting it can be to apply for maternity UIF, let alone get any pay out. You made the painstaking work worthwhile! I don't know how anyone would hope to get their applications approved without your assistance. I must add that Ufiling does seem to make the process faster in general, but that the DOHA's Siyaya system is often outdated and doesn't match your current employment history on Ufiling, so DOHA needs to check that your profile is up to date on their side too.

Unsolicited loyalty card preemptively delivered to my home
An unsolicited loyalty card was preemptively delivered to my home, saying I have been pre-approved for the card and need to activate it in store. I never requested this. I did not give you my details. I am registered on the National OPT OUT database. I do not have any other store cards. I consider this a violation of my privacy and the POPIA act. If I want anything from you I will initiate it personally. Please action the below asap: 1. Remove my details from any and all of your marketing lists. I am not interested in anything you have to offer. 2. Tell me where you sourced my details so I can contact them too.
