For the past 2 months, I have been experiencing a 48 minute or no response from Alarmnet when my alarm triggers. When escalated, I was told by Suliman the owener, that I must chnage my provider if I am not happy with this. Is this what they consider as CUSTOMER SERVICE ESPECIALLYIF IM PAYING THEM!!!I have been with this company for a very long time but with their pathetic attitude, arraogance and service provided, I dont feel safe and is very very disssapointed that they dont care about what happens if my alarm is triggered. They are very quick to collect my debit order but should something happen they are not willing to take responsibility for death or theft. The are the worst servcie provider EVER!!!! and I would not recommend them to no one - HOWE MANY OTHER CUSTOMERS ARE THEY STEALING MONEY FROM AND GIVING PATHETIC SERVICE TO!!!In thes days, we choose to pay extra for an armed response with the hope of them being loyal and have some sort of integrity. This company has to learn what this is all about instead of just collecting fees via debit orders and not delivering as promised when the contracts are put in place. World msut know about them so they loose customers
