I have been paying R485 every month and this month they deducted an additional R500, when I called in to understand why there was an additional amount deducted, the accounts lady SUMAYA started screaming at myself and husband, talking over us and not explaining in a decent manner. She then said that the Technical guy will call us to explain and she proceeded to drop the call. Today (28.11.2023)We received a call from a guy named Mohammed the technical guy, before we could even explain from our viewpoint this man started screaming and shouting at the top of he's lungs as if we were his children. We tried speaking but he spoke over us and giving no chance to speak or listen or understand him. This is really pathetic, ridiculous, Ill mannered, unprofessional and unacceptable point blank, regardless of the issue there is absolutely no reason for a client to be treated the way we were treated.

Serious , Bad Issue and Experience with Alarmnet , Owner Radley Of complex at 3035 Cosmos Street , ext 1 , LENASIA South, Johannesburg -Gauteng, Mobile details 0720486868/0731727863 called 4 Vehicles with Alarmet employees to harass me and push me of the road at the Corner of Sheffield Street and Ivy Street ext 1 LENASIA South , is this what Your Clients use Alarmnet for, ? To harass people on the street , there was no need to harass , Torment , verbally abuse , forcing me of the road while I'm walking with there vehicles, I did Not Trespass on the Owners Property at all whatsoever, but is this the service Radley pays Alarm net for ????? Will this be dealt with by senior management at Alarmnet or swept under the rug and Forgotten , ???? What if I had my kids with me , what if something bad happened because of personal issues that has nothing to do with the property that Alarmnet Gets paid to guard, how can Alarmnet allow there Employees to harass , Abuse and torment People for there Clients all because they are paying for a service to guard the property not drive around following people because the owner of the complex said to verbally abuse them ..... This incident Took place on Friday 1st May 2020 after 13.30pm.... I trust this matter will be resolved as this must be sorted out before further steps are taken ..... <p>We just had an house breaking and the owner of Alarmnet Suliman said not my problem do what you want to do, he just collects money and not respond. Someone please assist he needs to be securing homes not let them be burglared. We seek legal help </p>

For the past 2 months, I have been experiencing a 48 minute or no response from Alarmnet when my alarm triggers. When escalated, I was told by Suliman the owener, that I must chnage my provider if I am not happy with this. Is this what they consider as CUSTOMER SERVICE ESPECIALLYIF IM PAYING THEM!!!I have been with this company for a very long time but with their pathetic attitude, arraogance and service provided, I dont feel safe and is very very disssapointed that they dont care about what happens if my alarm is triggered. They are very quick to collect my debit order but should something happen they are not willing to take responsibility for death or theft. The are the worst servcie provider EVER!!!! and I would not recommend them to no one - HOWE MANY OTHER CUSTOMERS ARE THEY STEALING MONEY FROM AND GIVING PATHETIC SERVICE TO!!!In thes days, we choose to pay extra for an armed response with the hope of them being loyal and have some sort of integrity. This company has to learn what this is all about instead of just collecting fees via debit orders and not delivering as promised when the contracts are put in place. World msut know about them so they loose customers
