Joanne Pillay Nedbank Sandton Head office - Medical Aid Fraud - ID No 9202190169089 - Membership no 93100332771
On Friday 8 May 2020 about 9.45am , Joanne Pillay of Nedbank Sandton Rivonia head office came to 780 Hammond Street , LENASIA South , ext 1 , johannesburg with 6 Police officers , in unmarked vehicles 4 of them, Casual Clothes, with NO Mask or Gloves During Lockdown period and having NO Warrant of arrest or any documentation and not even stating their identity, coming into our home damaging property with Joanne Pillay of Nedbank , verbally abusing these innocent people, (Nedbank Staff) , Anyway Our neighbors took down registration numbers and we managed to track down these police officers , these officers damaged property , verbally assaulting this family including a 3 year old child traumatising them , these police said , " They are higher than any police and they don't need a warrant " , they Allowed and gave permission to Joanne Pillay of NEDBANK Head office to abused this family verbally, humiliate and degrade this family and this family was not able to defend themselves and rights were taken away , Joanne said " She works for Nedbank and she has a job she can do what she wants" .... My issue is why is Nedbank Granting Leave to Employees to take part in illegal activities and go around with the police on Contact basis without a Warrant , is this another company that Nedbank runs to allow employees to go around interrogating, damaging property and illegal trespassing and forceful entry, Because of this and because Joanne supposedly used a Contact or bribed these officers as this is just an assumption or speculation , this is an illegal activity which Nedbank is condoning , I hope Nedbank is dealing with this as Joanne Pillay is Stealing from Medsceme and Nedbank is Condoning this as well because no action was taken against her even though the proof was handed to them / Joanne Pillay Nedbank Sandton Head office - Medical Aid Fraud - ID No 9202190169089 - Membership no 93100332771

Verbal Abuse and Harassment by Police Officers in Casual Clothes damage to property Morning All This morning, at 9.30am Officers with GP Registrations , in 2 unmarked vans and 1 unmarked cars not in uniform, 6 Police officers , 4 males and 2 females, no warrant of arrest , no documentation at all, during lock down period, they never identify there names and they never show any sort or identification at all , they broke the Front gate verbally abusing My Mother Cynthia Shaik , My sister ****a Shaik and a 3 year old baby girl , neighbours surrounding the below address were we are situated are witness to the abuse these officers gave us, these Police officers stated that they are higher than regular SAPS and they DO NOT need a warrant to come into the premises, they threatened to assault My Mother and Sister and the Baby is extremely traumatized, ..... These officers damaged property looking for myself Nadeen Shaik ID **********083 who does not live at the address were these officers damaged and barged in , I am currently in Honeydew and I am NOT AWARE of any case against me and was not notified as well as I am not aware of any protection order , these officers came onto the premises of Goolam Shaik , who was not present and these officer's refused to leave saying that they are above the law ..... The above issue And the police in casual clothes and unmarked vehicles was accompanied by my wife Joanne Shaik ID No **********089 , were Joanne Shaik Verbally Abused My Mother and Sister in the below premises and The Police gave her permission to Harass and Abuse my Mother and Sister , the police barged in , Damaged our main gate at the front yard and I immediate gate to our house , they publicly humiliated us in front of witness with a Issue that has nothing to do with Cynthia, Goolam and ****a who reside at the below address were the incident of the Police Abuse took place. Medical aid fraud , Nedbank Employee Sandton, Rivonia, Joanne Pillay Shaik ID 9202190169089
Nedbank Employee in Sandton, Rivonia, Joanne Pillay Shaik ID 9202190169089 , has been committing Medical aid fraud since 2013 using medsceme member number 93100332771 , to pay for GP visits Medication for Her Husband, her family who are not on this medical aid , she calls in the doctor to obtain medical certificates that are emailed to her on her days off, this complaint and actual proof of evidence was given and brought forward to Joanne Pillays Mangers at Nedbank Paula Sukop and Zandi Dangwana who has not notified Medsceme about the fraud that has been taking place and still taking place , it is unfair and wrong that Joanne Pillay gets away with this when innocent people pay and use the medical aid in the right way, whoever is on the medical aid should be seen to and billed for not people who are not listed, .... How can Senior management allow something like this , will any action be taken to correct this , as now Joanne is basically stealing from Medsceme.

Serious , Bad Issue and Experience with Alarmnet , Owner Radley Of complex at 3035 Cosmos Street , ext 1 , LENASIA South, Johannesburg -Gauteng, Mobile details 0720486868/0731727863 called 4 Vehicles with Alarmet employees to harass me and push me of the road at the Corner of Sheffield Street and Ivy Street ext 1 LENASIA South , is this what Your Clients use Alarmnet for, ? To harass people on the street , there was no need to harass , Torment , verbally abuse , forcing me of the road while I'm walking with there vehicles, I did Not Trespass on the Owners Property at all whatsoever, but is this the service Radley pays Alarm net for ????? Will this be dealt with by senior management at Alarmnet or swept under the rug and Forgotten , ???? What if I had my kids with me , what if something bad happened because of personal issues that has nothing to do with the property that Alarmnet Gets paid to guard, how can Alarmnet allow there Employees to harass , Abuse and torment People for there Clients all because they are paying for a service to guard the property not drive around following people because the owner of the complex said to verbally abuse them ..... This incident Took place on Friday 1st May 2020 after 13.30pm.... I trust this matter will be resolved as this must be sorted out before further steps are taken ..... Issues with Paula and Zandi for giving Joanne Shaik An ultimatum to Keep her Job at Nedbank
I have complained over and over about an issue that came up were 2 managers at Nedbank Zandi and Paula at there Head office at 135 Rivonia Road , Sandton , gave my wife Joanne Pillay Shaik an Ultimatum in order to keep her Job , its either she divorces her husband or loses her job , at first I didn't believe this as this is very unethical for a Cooperate Bank like Nedbank to have their staff behave in this manner , as we have 2 kids who are involved , but if Nedbank is employing staff like this then how is Nedbank managing funds for our Personal Funds and businesses funds , and also how are they managing other financial projects.....I have escalated the matter without a response I trust that a response comes to me before the news papers and the very senior directors get involved.
