I was looking to buy a Delonghi Multifry Airfyer. I went to the store in Struben's Valley. When I got there, there was an assistant very eager to help me. I was really impressed with the service. He showed me the 1 Airfryer they had which was on the shelf. He agreed to sell it to me for R200 less then boxed everything and put it at the cashier for me to pay, Before I paid, I requested that I atleast have the opportunity to have another look at the item I was buying. When I opened the airfyer, there was no turn ladel. When enquired with the assistant, he informed he didn't know about it and will find out. Whilst he went to find out, I noticed that the airfryer had rust on the top, there were scratches inside the pot and there were no extra attachments with it that should have come with it. The assistant then returned and told me that there are no other attachments with the fryer. My attitude turned from being impressed to really disgusted as: 1. The assistant did not know anything about the products 2. Was very quick to get the product sold without demonstrating anything to me 3. Did not allow me, the customer, the opportunity of having a look with what I was buying before boxing it (considering that this item it R4500) 4. Did not ensure that every attachment applicable to the item was in the box To me, it appears, with the rust and scrathes inside, that this was a returned item that was merely put back onto the shelf. I am disgusted that Hirschs considered themselves to be so exclusive and yet this was they sell their customers. My warning to all is CHECK CHECK CHECK before you buy. Hirschs is extremely expensive and I am very offended that they tried to rip me off by selling me a used item as almost the same price as a new one. I will never purchase anything from Hirschs again
For the past 2 months, I have been experiencing a 48 minute or no response from Alarmnet when my alarm triggers. When escalated, I was told by Suliman the owener, that I must chnage my provider if I am not happy with this. Is this what they consider as CUSTOMER SERVICE ESPECIALLYIF IM PAYING THEM!!!I have been with this company for a very long time but with their pathetic attitude, arraogance and service provided, I dont feel safe and is very very disssapointed that they dont care about what happens if my alarm is triggered. They are very quick to collect my debit order but should something happen they are not willing to take responsibility for death or theft. The are the worst servcie provider EVER!!!! and I would not recommend them to no one - HOWE MANY OTHER CUSTOMERS ARE THEY STEALING MONEY FROM AND GIVING PATHETIC SERVICE TO!!!In thes days, we choose to pay extra for an armed response with the hope of them being loyal and have some sort of integrity. This company has to learn what this is all about instead of just collecting fees via debit orders and not delivering as promised when the contracts are put in place. World msut know about them so they loose customers
