i have been a client with Miway for over 10 years and i am disgusted at the service that we receive from Miway and Alberton ARC that they use as a repair centre. our vehicle went in for hail damae and the car was driven in, we received it back from alberton ARC half repaired,window washer jet broken and grab handles missing. car went back a week later to get that fixed and the ignition is now broken and the car undrivable. Bridget escalated after a few phone calls and got called by Jenine who is apparently in charge of claims.we had to call her back after she did not return our calls just to get told they are not fixing the ignition which was broken while at Alberton ARC and we now need to get a flatbed to collect the car which we drove into the place. if you are a client of Miway i would advise ypu to rethink that decision. i will be cancelling my policies with you seeing that you receive your car back in a worse condition than it went it to your repair centres.if there is a newspaper that would like to cover this story you can let me know. and by the way, there is many complaints about cars coming back more damamged from the said repair centre.
