ASAP Gone are the days of good service.

I have been using ASAP for at least 14 years most of that time was when I was based in the Vaal triangle. Over the last 2 years I have been using ASAP Hillfox. They make promises to deliver the next day, days later still no delivery. Ask for quotes and have to wait for up to 3 days. Material delivered is wrong material. The way I have been treated as a client by the current manger Is disgusting, I sat with him when he first arrived and we discussed the service. He agreed with everything I said and then a few weeks later tells me that I should rather find another supplier. Terrible service delivery, bad attitude. I stopped using them for a few months and thought I would give them another chance. I was at the store yesterday placed the order and paid, I asked Joshua the salesperson to please send me a copy of the invoice on WhatsApp as he was busy with another client aid he would, I am still waiting and no steel has been delivered I have sent messages a

I now use Riverbend Steel in Johannesburg North. I receive a quote within 10 Min. Same say delivery or first thing the following day. Great service, friendly staff. They deal with their clients with respect and integrity.
