I would like to report a fraudulent website. The website in question is Alblas-leather http://alblas-leather.co.za The website is actively accepting monies and orders from people with no service/goods provided. I purchased a pair of shoes from them to the value of R450 in July. Since then I have attempted to contact them on their website, FB page, Instagram account, and direct email. They have not responded to any of my emails and messages and since then deactivated their FB and Instagram accounts. In my search to find a contactable person for this business, I have come across more individuals complaining of monies paid without receiving the goods. Yet the website remains to be active and taking orders. This is extortion and criminal.

It was my first time ever ordering online. Alblas Leather had a Black Friday special the 29th of November 2019. I was a bit sceptic ordering online, but decided to order and pay the same day. Within 2 weeks I received a delivery from them with shoes meant for "Rina". Not the same shoes I ordered. I tried to call the number for Cherise from Alblas Leather, that was on the package. The number did not exist. I then sent an email, advising that I received Rina's shoes, they must collect and deliver my order. Cherise advised that she will arrange for collection. About the 18th of December the courier collected the shoes. I then sent an email requesting an update on my order. I received a reply with a note stating that they are having problems with their leather supplier, but will keep us updated,this was on the 17th of December 2019. On the 6th of January 2020 I sent an email requesting an update on my order and even tried commenting on their Facebook page ( My comment were removed and the other comments were not visible) Then I sent them a message on Facebook Messenger, still with no reply at all. A few days later I sent another email, but still no reply. This is very unprofessional and the customer service is Non-existent! I paid for shoes, which I never received!!!!!!!

Utterly bad service. Delayed responses. No replies. No answers from their side. It’s been 3months since I have ordered my vellies, and tried to exchange them for another size. I’m still waiting for the couriers they promised more than a month ago.
