I am lodging a complaint against Talma Spa and Wellness regarding a lash service performed on Tuesday, 3 February 2026. Upon arriving home after the appointment, my left eye became swollen and irritated, and several lashes felt as though they were in my eye. I reported this to the service provider the following day. When I returned on Wednesday, additional lashes were app**** to the left eye in an attempt to fix the issue. After this, the lashes were visibly uneven, and the irritation worsened. By that evening, the swelling and discomfort had increased significantly. I returned again on Thursday with a swollen and sensitive eye and was advised that removal would be best. The lashes were removed, and it took approximately two days for the swelling to subside. The right eye experienced no irritation, confirming that this was not an allergic reaction, but an application issue on the left side. I requested a refund as the service caused physical harm and could not be completed safely. The service provider refused and advised me to escalate the matter.
I recently had an extremely poor experience with Buffalo International Logistics. I initiated a return through the Temu app on June 2nd, and Buffalo was supposed to assign a driver to collect the parcel within 14 days. Despite my efforts, including calling every other day, nothing happened. Eventually, Temu canceled the collection, forcing me to submit a new return request on the app. Since then, I've been calling daily, sometimes twice a day, only to be told that no driver has been assigned yet. Each time, I'm promised that it will be escalated and that I'll receive an SMS within 2-3 days, but this has yet to happen. Buffalo has not provided any explanation for the delay. This is, without a doubt, the worst service I have ever experienced.
I was assisted today by Tebogo Ngobeni with regards to my policy. I can honestly say, it was the best customer service I have ever received!! She was not only friendly, very patient and extremely helpful, she made me feel at ease, and answered all my questions.Tebogo Ngobeni, you are such an amazing person, with excellent customer service skills, you just made my day today. Keep up the excellent work!!!
It was my first time ever ordering online. Alblas Leather had a Black Friday special the 29th of November 2019. I was a bit sceptic ordering online, but decided to order and pay the same day. Within 2 weeks I received a delivery from them with shoes meant for "Rina". Not the same shoes I ordered. I tried to call the number for Cherise from Alblas Leather, that was on the package. The number did not exist. I then sent an email, advising that I received Rina's shoes, they must collect and deliver my order. Cherise advised that she will arrange for collection. About the 18th of December the courier collected the shoes. I then sent an email requesting an update on my order. I received a reply with a note stating that they are having problems with their leather supplier, but will keep us updated,this was on the 17th of December 2019. On the 6th of January 2020 I sent an email requesting an update on my order and even tried commenting on their Facebook page ( My comment were removed and the other comments were not visible) Then I sent them a message on Facebook Messenger, still with no reply at all. A few days later I sent another email, but still no reply. This is very unprofessional and the customer service is Non-existent! I paid for shoes, which I never received!!!!!!!
